Synchronous Pallet Conveyors

Synchronous pallet conveyors are used for non-accumulating applications where the product requires specific spacing between them. mk North America offers two different types of synchronous pallet conveyors - Modul Con and the TKU 2040. While both of these are chain conveyors they serve entirely different functions.

The Modul Con features a chain that runs in a continuous loop on the top of the conveyor. This conveyor can be configured in loops, as well as U and L shapes.

The TKU 2040 is an over-under conveyor system that can be outfitted with pallets (attached to the chain) or v-blocks. The v-block version can also feature an adjustable width; which allows the conveyor to carry a variety of different size products.
