The Timing Belt Conveyor System ZRF-P 2040.02 is designed especially for product indexing applications where a cleated, or fixtured belt is required, or for wider timing belt applications. The conveyor is ideal for special conveying requiring positioning or loading of products. Depending on the product and the application, custom fixtures and other belt widths are available.

The frame is manufactured using our structural profile 40 x 80mm profile. The available T-slots offer the ability to attach stands, rails and other components such as sensors, for example.

  • Dual t-slots along the length of the frame, each side
• UHMW-PE slider bed, 7.5 mm (0.29”) thick – guided for added belt tracking

• Belts are 60 mm and 100 mm wide.
