mk North America conveyors are designed for a large variety of applications. We design conveyors used for accumulation, assembly, material handling, indexing, packaging, packaged food, parts transfers and vision inspection as well as other applications.

Many models of our belt, chain and roller conveyors can provide accumulation for any work-in-process, assembly or staging application. Accumulation is available for any size or weight material no matter how large or small. Indexing capabilities can be provided with motor controls or mechanical devices depending on the application. Many models offer features used for vision inspection and pick and place transfers used for robot integration.

Material handling in the factory or warehouse can be solved with our entire range of conveyors. Warehouse applications can be solved with our belt and roller conveyor solutions while factory applications are addressed with our belt and roller conveyors for direct contact and our various multi-lane models for pallet handling. mk Automation offers a solution for nearly every application.

	Application	Description
	Accumulation	The conveyor continues to move under the product while the product is stopped. This allows process equipment to be fed at optimum rates.
	Assembly	The product(s) is moved continuously or intermittently while additional parts are added to complete the finished product.
	Material Handling	Parts or products are transported between operations in a specific time, speed and orientation.
	Indexing	Products are moved a specific distance then stop for a pre-set amount of time before being moved again.
	Packaging	Products are moved towards and away from various filling, wrapping, labeling and packing operations to prepare the product for shipment or storage.
	Food	We transport all types of dry or liquid food products after they have been packaged in unit packs.
	Transfers	We can move products between operations in any direction required, using continuous or intermittent solutions.
	Vision Inspection	mk North America provides various indexing and back-lit conveyor solutions for inspection and placement applications.
