mk LZR linear modules offer high speed, high acceleration, and long travel distances combined with rigid construction characteristics. They are ideally suited as a single-axis product or as a component for multi-axis gantries.
Construction
The carriage is rigidly support by heavy-duty steel roller bearings, and the bearing wheels are pre-loaded via eccentric bushings to eliminate play in the system. A high-strength drive belt and pulley system provides fast and repeatable positioning of the carriage. The high-thrust drive belt is securely connected to the carriage by a unique clamping system. Special carriage lengths and linear units with multiple carriage are available for custom applications.
