Then how many words is a video worth?
Just a few weeks ago mk North America released four new videos about their VersaMove pallet conveyor line.
Never heard of a pallet conveyor before? This first video highlights the various pallet conveyor platforms from mk, as well as showcasing some of the possible uses.
Pallet conveyors, or workpiece pallet conveyors, as designed to transport small to large pallets (240 x 240 mm to 1,200 x 1,200 mm) around the work area. This allows for assembly and testing of the product on the pallet. These conveyors easily integrate with robotic and human work stations and allow for quick and easy line changes.
mk offers three different pallet system platforms in order to better suit individual customer's specific needs. mk offers a video for each of these platforms. These platforms are (in order from lightest to heaviest duty) VersaMove Standard, Plus and Ultra. All of the pallet systems from mk come with a complete line of components and accessories including stops, lift gates, transfer conveyors, locates and vertical transfer units. Each of the videos below highlight the different series.
VersaMove Standard:
Pallets 240 x 240 mm to 640 x 640 mm, Pallet Loads up to 80 lbs.
VersaMove Plus:
Pallets 400 x 400 mm to 1,040 x 1,040 mm, Pallet Loads up to 250 lbs.
VersaMove Ultra:
Pallets 640 x 640 mm to 1,200 x 1,200 mm, Pallet Loads up to 700 lbs.
