The accumulating roller chain conveyor, SRF-P 2045, is ideal for a process requiring many light weight small pallets to be accumulated. The accumulating roller chain provides a low back pressure conveying surface; which allows for many pallets to be stacked in a straight. The use of mk pneumatic stopping devices allows for small pallets to be released from accumulation one at a time, or in other levels as your job requires.
Conveyor Details:
- Frame: Constructed out of mk anodized aluminum extrusion with a UHMW-PE wear surface, 98 mm tall x 45 mm wide lane, single t-slot per side
- Width: Designed for pallets 240 mm wide up to 400 mm wide
- Load: Up to 80 lbs. per pallet load, 1,650 lbs. per drive
- Speed: Up to 90 fpm
- Length: Up to 20,000 mm
- Voltage: All standard US, Mexico and Canadian voltages
- Chain: Accumulating Roller Chain, plastic or steel rollers
- Side Rails: Incorporated into the frame design
